I don't know if it would be considered an heirloom, but we do have a piano that my parents bought before I was born. When I got married and bought my first house, they gave the piano to us. It's something that I definitely treasure.
My mother is German. We have German Candle pyramids that we set out at Christmas time. It's something I have grown up with all my life and love seeing them out each year. I don't know if that is considered an heirloom, but it means alot to me.
I have several quilts that my grandmother made. One is a grandmothers flower garden that was on her bed that she personally used. That one is my favorite.
I'm in the Miami Valley, Ohio. High temperature today will be 77 degrees, low of 49 - partly sunny skies.
I love all of the wooden things that my Dad made: the dollhouse that he made when I was 5 years old (many moons ago) is probably my favorite. It was a copy of the old farmhouse we lived in at the time.
I have some Alaska Native things like a model sealskin kayak, jade/ivory/gold jewelry and furs that my parents had from Alaska and they are part of my heritage as an Alaska Native that I will be passing down to my son.
I am in Klamath Falls, Oregon and today should be 79 degrees and currently it is 59 degrees and sunny
yes, I have a ring that my mom gave me before she died.
I am in Edinburg, Illinois and it is 64 degrees. :)
